As we all settle into the fall semester, Kansas City Repertory Theatre, the professional theatre in residence on the UMKC Campus wanted to remind you of all the wonderful benefits available to those looking to experience the best live theatre performances the Midwest has to offer.

Kangaroo Power!  UMKC Students get preferential treatment!  Purchase walk-up tickets to all Spencer Theatre performances for only $10.  That’s cheaper than your typical Hollywood movie and a fun date!  Walk-up ticket sales begin a half hour before show time and are sold at the Spencer Theatre Central Ticket Office on a first come first served basis until they are gone!

  • Death of a Salesman (January 18 to February 10, 2013)       The Arthur Miller classic co-produced with UMKC Theatre – Support your fellow Kangaroos in this timely production featuring the work of UMKC Theatre majors.
  • Carousel (March 8 to March 31)       Rodgers and Hammerstein’s classic American musical comes to life in the unprecedented production!
