Technology Support

Many classes call for use of technology most new students are not familiar with (i.e. Blackboard). There are several resources to assist you in the navigation and use of these sites.

General Technology Support: Information Services provides a lot of general technology support. If you have any issues or questions about technology, they are a good place to start. Visit their webpage for general inquiries, or call the Computer HelpDesk at (816) 235-2000. Choose option 2 to speak with a technician.

Blackboard: There is a main help page for Blackboard that is a good place to start for Blackboard help. This page also contains links to Tegrity and Wimba support.

Library Guides: The Library has support guides for Microsoft 2010 applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Visit their website to access these guides.
