Next Monday, January 28^th is an important day as far as changing your class schedule goes!  It is the last day to…

• Change audit to credit
• Add a class on Pathway
• Drop a class and receive 100% refund (16-week session) or 60% refund (first 8-week session)

Remember, Financial Aid is awarded based on the number of hours you are enrolled in—so if you drop hours, you could affect your eligibility for financial aid and end up owing back a portion of the aid you may have already received.  Be sure to contact your Financial Aid Coordinator if you have any questions.  The Financial Aid and Scholarships Office can be reached at 816-235-1154.

You must have made the first minimum payment toward your spring semester fees by January 20th.  The next billing due date is February 20th.  Choose the most convenient option for payment:

• Pay online: Log onto your Pathway account (students) or Quikpay (authorized users) to pay your bill online using either checking/ savings account information or a credit card. (Something to keep in mind: Credit card payments are processed through a third party vendor and have a 2.75% service fee on top of payment amount.)
• Pay in-person: Go to the Cashiers Lobby in the Administrative Center (5115 Oak St, room 112) to pay directly to a cashier’s office employee. You may use cash, credit card, or check here.
• Pay via mail: If you have the remittance stub from your billing statement, you can mail in a payment to the clearinghouse used by the University of Missouri system to receive payments. The address is on the remittance stub of your billing statement. If you do not have the remittance stub, you can mail in a payment directly to the UMKC Cashiers Office, 5100 Rockhill Road, 112 AC, Kansas City, MO 64110.
