In the Fall 2012 when the new Student Success Center opens in the former University Center, one of the services to be located in the facility will be something commonly referred to as a one-stop-shop.  This is a single location where students can go to handle a majority of their business with the university related to admission, financial aid, registration, transcripts, and bills.  It will be accompanied by a robust web presence as well.  By locating this service in the center part of campus and having staff that are fully cross-trained in those areas, we believe UMKC can provide better service to students and eliminate what some have referred to as “the run-around”. 

We’d like to create a different name for this facility than “one-stop-shop” and would like your help with this.  We have some ideas that are listed below but would also like your input.  So, take a look and see what you like from this list or generate your own idea for this new location and service from UMKC.
