Are you interested in getting more involved in your community? Are you looking for an internship or volunteer opportunity that allows you to make an impact? Join the Office of Multicultural Student Affairs and the Division of Student Affairs and Enrollment Management on Thursday, March 19, 2015 from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. for the Civic Connections Volunteer Fair on the 4th floor of the UMKC Student Union.

The Civic Connections Volunteer Fair will showcase a variety of non-profit organizations that focus on Education, Women and Children, Social Justice, and Healthcare Access. Some of the organizations that will be present are:

Health Careers FairUMKC Career Services, UMKC School of Nursing & Health Studies, Student Nurses Association and Bachelor of Health Sciences Society are sponsoring UMKC’s first Health Careers Fair on Tuesday, March 17, 2015, 10am-2pm in Pierson Auditorium (Atterbury Student Success Center).

International Culture Night 2015

Culture NightEach year, the UMKC International Student Ambassadors host one of the most highly anticipated events of the season–Culture Night 2015 will be held on Friday, March 13th at the Student Union, starting at 5:30pm.

The annual celebration of cultural diversity at UMKC includes ethnic food, fashion, and talent show!
