 Duties:

POSITION: Full-time Operations Assistant for FOOT TRAFFIC, an international fashion legwear design and wholesale company. We are growing and need the keen skills of someone business degree track who understands branding, website support, contemporary marketing channels, and has a strong organizational skills.

The job may vary day to day but the primary responsibilities include:
Database management

• Categorizing and uploading product information of Foot Traffic products to all channels where Foot Traffic is sold.

• Analysis of existing data for improved accuracy and SEO hygiene.
• Monitor current advertising campaigns for ROI analysis.

 DATA ENTRY

• Write product descriptions for product on website to give customers better idea of product while increasing Search Engine Optimization.
• Update existing product descriptions to be consistent with new descriptions.
• Input data to support the changing model line and content updates within the inventory management system.

Logistics

• Monitor inventory levels across multiple locations for timing inbound and outbound shipments.
• Develop Economic Order Models for key products
• Maintain high service levels in multiple channels

 Qualifications Needed:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office – The ideal candidate will bring extensive skills with Excel and Word. Microsoft Certification is a plus, but fluency is required.  No remedial training will be offered.
Data transfer- practical knowledge of file transfer protocol.  While code writing is not required, uploading accurate data and debugging errors will be a daily duty.

Reliable and professional– Trustworthy and able to handle a flexible schedule and multiple projects. Able to work closely with Foot Traffic team on projects as needed.

 

Communication Skills – Excellent written communication skills are an essential qualification, Foot Traffic looking for candidates who can write clearly, succinctly and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience.
