Marketing Intern SKC Communications – Shawnee Mission, KS
Work with marketing to research and write internal and external press releases, case studies, direct mail pieces, client communications and other materials as assigned – and to proofread each.
Assist in writing website, social media and digital signage content.
Assist in planning, development and coordination of sales support projects, which could include sales presentations, RFP’s, seminars and trainings.
Work with marketing team to monitor SKC social media and web content.

Sporting KC Soccer Schools Intern – Summer 2016 – Sporting Kansas City (Kansas City, MO)
Sporting Kansas City is looking for a confident, hard-working, and innovative college or graduate- level student who is interested in an opportunity to earn course credits toward the completion of their degree, while obtaining practical experience in the world of professional sports. We have redesigned our internship program to provide valued learning and training opportunities that can be applied throughout the sports industry, hands-on experience, and the chance to be immersed in the culture and brand of Sporting Kansas City.
We are currently looking for candidates interested in an internship with our NEW Sporting KC Soccer Schools program (SKCSS). The intern will be exposed to the various elements associated with Sporting Kansas City’s front office, youth programs, Development Academy and other Youth Soccer Department initiatives, such as soccer Sporting Club Network events and clinics. The intern will also be introduced to the behind-the-scenes operations of Sporting Kansas City home games.
