Job Description

As a Social Media Coordinator, you will utilize Facebook and Instagram, along with other various outlets, to create and implement social media advertising campaigns for The Foot Spot. Your use of strategic thinking skills to develop metrics to measure KPI’s and campaign performance over all social platforms. You will manage the campaign lifecycle, including creative development, tracking implementation, campaign execution, analysis, and recommended next steps. Your flexibility and strong written and verbal communication skills will allow you to make an immediate impact with The Foot Spot.

Job Expectations

  • Managing social media campaigns for The Foot Spot – including content creation, targeting, scheduling, daily management, performance monitoring, optimization, and reporting
  • Executing and managing paid social media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and other various outlets
  • Creating systems and processes for quality control, content performance, and campaign effectiveness
  • Using social media analytics tools to provide actionable insights and quality control
  • Providing reports of relevant metrics on social media channels.
  • Coordinating clear and consistent communication between internal product teams and external clients
  • Leverage industry knowledge and updates to adapt and grow social media product offerings and campaigns.

Job Qualifications

  • Must demonstrate a proven track record of the ability to prioritize, organize, and multi-task in a flexible and fast paced environment to effectively meet deadlines
  • Must demonstrate exemplary written and verbal communication skills
  • Must demonstrate strategic and creative thinking when solving problems
  • A solid understanding of digital marketing and lead generation
  • Strong project management skills, including scheduling and setting deadlines
  • Experience with Facebook Business Manager
  • Must demonstrate a solid understanding of Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Instagram, Pinterest and Linkedin.
  • Demonstrated proficient skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated proficient skills in Google Docs Suite, including Docs, Sheets, and Slides

Required Experience

  • Previous Social Media or Marketing Internship, or 0-1 year of related online marketing experience
  • Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $13.00 to $15.00 /hour
