Program Description:

• Oasis House is offering a paid Marketing Internship to Marketing students or graduates
• The position is available this summer and possibly extend into the fall
• The internship averages 6-20 hours per week
• We’re willing to work with a student who might use their work with us for class assignment credit.

Responsibilities Will Include:

• Designing compelling content for Social Media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, and also for our 3 websites
• Assist in the development of creative strategy and the planning and execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns
• Develop and design a variety of marketing materials
• Finding channels to promote our newest products to churches, ministries, Christian colleges and individuals
• Create promotional emails, social media, and other website announcements
• Writing descriptive, concise and persuasive content for a variety of marketing touch points, including social media, email marketing and content marketing

Requirements for the Ideal Candidate

• Hard-working, self-motivated and articulate team player
• Interest and proficiency in Social Media platforms including Facebook and Twitter as well as efficient in generating promotional content for our 3 websites
• Work history that demonstrates a solid work ethic
• Able to work autonomously, balance and prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Attentive to detail
• Graphic design skills are a plus
• Fluency and literacy in English language
• Ability to write grammatically precise text that communicates effectively
