Human Resource Intern-Goodwill

This is a 12 week paid internship.

The HR Intern will be project focused along with supporting the HR team on an as needed basis.

  • Assist in the daily administration of the Human Resources Department.
  • Support the recruiting process. Post vacancies, conduct phone screens, set interview appointments and complete onboarding process with new employees.
  • Assist with benefit and leave of absence administration.
  • Complete internal audits of I-9 filings, benefit enrollment and 401(k) plan.
  • Assist with bi-weekly payroll process.
  • Revise employee handbook.
  • Work on projects as assigned


Qualifications: Qualifications:

  • Effective communication skills and a collaborative, flexible style, capable of partnering with others
  • Proven capability to engage with, counsel and influence top management decisions
  • Strong computer skills in the use of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • A hands-on philosophy, with integrity and a desire to serve in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.
