My name is Jessica and I am a part of the Talent Development team at FleishmanHillard. We are currently in the process of reviewing candidates for the Alfred Fleishman Diversity Fellowship and we would like to extend this opportunity to students at UMKC.
The fellowship program is targeted to students or recent grads with a strong commitment to ethnic or cultural diversity with strong interest in the communications field. Our fellows have the opportunity to work on client projects, media relations, events, new business pitches, and many other practical experiences in the field of integrated communications. The fellowships are six-to-twelve months in duration and includes a competitive pay and benefits, professional development and senior-level mentorship. At the end of the assignment, fellows are given strong consideration for full-time positions with FleishmanHillard based on their job performance and the needs of the business.
