POSITION DESCRIPTION
WRITING & EDITORIAL INTERNSHIPS, GREETINGS STUDIOS
Hallmark’s Writing and Editorial Community is filled with some of the most talented and creative individuals in the world. Interns will collaborate with writers and editors using their skills to craft messages for a variety of Greeting Card product lines. In this unique role, you will help give voice to the feelings and emotions of our consumers and play a part in developing meaningful and insightful products that create a more emotionally connected world.
WRITING & EDITORIAL INTERNSHIP, RETAIL GIFTS
Hallmark’s Retail Product Development team is home to some of the most talented and creative individuals in the world. Interns will use their skills to collaborate with artists, designers, engineers and marketing partners to create gifts that are meaningful, insightful, and help consumers make emotional connections with the people they love.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (you must have in order to be considered):
Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree with a graduation date in December 2016 or Spring 2017. You must state your target graduation date (month and year) on your resume or cover letter or you will not be considered.ADDITIONAL PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong ability to show breadth and depth of writing and editorial style and judgment
Strong knowledge of and demonstrated portfolio experience with reaching a wide range of consumer needs through emotionally relevant solutions
Strong storytelling, problem solving, and strategic thinking skills
Bilingual (Spanish/English)

Our paid Summer Internship Program is 12 weeks long, 40 hours per week, beginning in mid-May and ending in mid-August.
