Lockton Companies – Quality Assurance Internship

This internship pays $15/hr., work approximately 20 hours a week and they can make their own schedule!  students would also be involved in helping create our coverage training videos.  We would like for them to start as soon as possible.

Lockton Companies is looking for a qualified intern to join our Quality Assurance team. Our QA department ensures Lockton produces quality work and deliverables for major companies worldwide, and seeks an intern who can participate in various stages of internal errors and omissions management along with print and online trainings.
This intern should be prepared to work in detailed-oriented team environment and will finish the internship having gained broad experience in various aspects of training. 
The intern will work approximately 20 hours each week.

Job Summary:
This Quality Assurance Intern position will be responsible for supporting the daily activities of the Quality Assurance Department’s core focus of reducing errors and omissions throughout the company.

Responsibilities
·        Communicate in a positive manner to contribute to a cohesive, pleasant work environment
·        Assist in the creation of newsletters, e-mail campaigns, online promotion, video production, etc.
·        General clerical and data entry assistance
·        Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
·        Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
·        Assist in revising existing courses and materials
·        Provide support for form reviews and file reviews
·        Assist in the creation, distribution or delivery of internal support materials
·        Apply branding to outdated or existing materials
·        Undertaking coverage research/investigation
·        Administrative support for routine tasks
·        Maintaining accurate filing systems
·        Ability to work independently and complete work in an efficient manner

Qualifications
·        Positive attitude, enjoy working with and helping others
·        Strong written and verbal communication skills
·        Excellent phone skills
·        Strong MS office skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
·        Strong computer skills: Windows 7 or Windows 10 OS
·        Ability to work with various applications, web interfaces/portals and not require much assistance
·        Ability to work independently
·        Undergraduate seeking degrees in Business Administration, Information Technology or Communications or other relevant discipline
·        Ability to multi-task
·        Excellent organizational skills
·        Attention to detail
