Content Writing Intern
We are intensely passionate about web marketing — and you must be, too.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented content writing intern to join our team. We’re looking for someone who’s a self-sufficient problem solver with strong copywriting skills. You may be the right fit if you enjoy tackling new challenges with a “can-do” attitude. If you don’t have the answer to a problem, you enjoy the process of finding it. Team collaboration is a big part of what we do, so you must be comfortable with open communication and honest feedback.
You should apply if you
- Have professional experience in writing and editing AND/OR you’ve taken classes with an emphasis in writing or marketing
- Are in college or have recently graduated
- Demonstrate a strong ability to write, proofread, and edit content and copy
- Understand the basics of how online search engines work
- Think strong writing skills and a creative spark are the keys to success
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
- Are eager to learn about SEO and web marketing
- Are a self-starter — we mean it!
- Exhibit excellent time-management skills and attention to detail
- Are organized and proactive and bring a great attitude to everything you do
Responsibilities
- Research and create original, high-authority content for marketing websites, articles, and legal documents
- Learn and stay up-to-date with best SEO practices
- Enter and edit content directly in web content management systems
