The Kansas City Marriott Downtown is actively seeking Summer 2017 Interns! The hotel’s internship program is designed to provide practical work experience, opportunities to move into lead or supervisory roles based on job performance, and an introduction into Marriott’s culture and management philosophy. Interns will have the opportunity to work and experience a minimum of two positions in the hotel, exposure to basic management responsibilities, job shadow for a minimum of eight hours in an area of your choice, and take part in one of the hotels five committees.

Our Rooms Division is looking for a summer interns in our Front Office/Guest Services, Loss Prevention, and Housekeeping departments. These opportunities are a great way to develop service skills in a full-service property. Interns will also have the ability to shadow various positions throughout the department and experience a hotel guest room renovation currently in progress. These internships are full-time, paid, and a great way to get their foot in the door of the worlds largest hospitality company.
