Paid intern opportunity with our Athletic Communications and Sports Media team. This internship typically runs January to June. You will have the opportunity to:

Create publications for the department and association including writing feature stories and national press releases.

Organize historical archives such as past national championship history and photo archive system.

Assist in updating the sports media page on the website and create web banners.

Serve as our national championship media coordinator in select sports.

Compile statistics and ratings.

Design specialty materials and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualification:
College degree preferred

Strong organization/people skills.

Effective writing/editing skills.

Knowledge of InDesign/Photoshop and a web content management system (Titan) is preferred.

Willingness to learn in a team environment.

Must possess ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions.

This is a non-exempt, hourly position. It is a temporary position and is not eligible for benefits.
