The two areas I choose to work on and develop are the Volker Campus entrance between Rockhill and Cherry St, and a parcel on Ward Pkwy and Main St.

I choose to work on the campus entrance because it felt unused to me. I wanted to develop the campus entrance and make it look like a university entrance. Also, I wanted to create an open space for student that they can use any time in the day. The building in my development would have a connection to the Art and Music Center on UMKC and give it more working space.

I choose my second location to be on Ward Pkwy and Main St because I felt that that area could be developed more, and it can present a new perspective for the people. by cutting the trees on that location, we would be able to see the plaza from above and that would give the people the opportunity to look at the plaza and to see it in a bigger picture.
