Participate in RAINN Day at UMKC and take a stand against sexual violence. Stop by our table to get information about ways you can get involved with preventing sexual violence, and to sign our umbrellas as a pledge to end sexual violence at UMKC. We hope to see you there!
Tomorrow (September 26), from 11 am to 1 pm, the Women’s Center and the Violence Prevention and Response Project is sponsoring RAINN Day at UMKC. RAINN Day is co-sponsored by RAINN Organization (Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network). This event is part of RAINN’s annual campaign to raise awareness and educate college students about sexual violence on college campuses. RAINN Day will be held at the Student Union (5100 Cherry Street). RSVPs are not necessary for this event.
