Hello! I’m Bonnie Messbarger a full time student here at UMKC majoring in Philosophy. I am so excited to be working in the Women’s Center this year for Work-Study! I’m very passionate about gender equality, feminism, sexual violence awareness, and body image issues. The Women’s Center is such a great resource for students dealing with these issues and more! I’m very lucky to work in a place where I can really make an impact, and be surrounded by like-minded individuals who also want to make a difference for both women and men! Along with my passion for gender equality, I enjoy school, reading, video games, horror movies, and my Boxer, Buffy.
