PLTW + Agilities Study

Focus Areas: Essential Skills/SEL, Career Pathways, Postsecondary Education, K-12 Education

This project examines where the Agile Work Profiler can help students develop their own agency and prepares them for future success.

This study is a partnership with Kansas City STEM Alliance and the DeBruce Foundation. Intervention will include identifying where Agilities (from the Agile Work Profiler – AWP) can be useful in helping students develop their own agency, adequately prepping students in K-12 and getting them prepared for post-secondary education. Evidence will be gathered from teachers during the Agilities integration process, drawing on instruments and experiences from college advising corps. Data obtained will include student-level data and grades, AWP pre and post scores, other assessments, and PLTW participation. This study is working towards a future longitudinal survey.
