A fond farewell to a great colleague – Connie Mahone

We bid a bittersweet adieu to our friend and colleague, Connie Mahone.  December 2013 can’t come soon enough as that is when she plans to retire from UMKC.  She has been the Student Services Manager in SGS since 1999 and has been employed at UMKC since 1990.  Connie has counseled scores of IPhD students in SGS, who are both alumni and current students.  She also worked at the Center for Academic Development and the Law school.  In her retirement years, Connie looks forward to doing volunteer work, spending time with family, and just taking it easy.  Good luck and we will miss you Connie!
