Zoom Video Conferences

Basics of Zoom:

  • After scheduling you an appointment, a clinic representative will send you an email that will include a link to join the Zoom meeting. You do not need to download the Zoom app on your laptop, computer, or smart phone for it to work. The email will look similar to this:
  • At the time of your meeting, you will simply click on the blue link that was emailed to you and you will be connected to an attorney.

  • Connecting to Video and Audio:
When you click the zoom link, the box shown above will pop up. Click “Join with Computer Audio.” This will connect your sound. Feel free to “Test Speaker and Microphone” before your meeting to ensure it works.

This is how you want the bottom left corner of the zoom page to look. It means we can see and hear you!
If you see red slashes over the microphone and/or video camera, you can click them to remove the red slash. Then, we will be able to hear and see you!
