FAQ

Q: Do I have to pay for clinic services?

No, the clinic is free! We are open to applicants of all economic levels.

Q: Why does the intake have so many questions?

The intake application tells us a little about you and the type of legal issue for which you are seeking assistance. This helps us pair you with a lawyer that has experience with your legal matter.

We ask for demographic information for our internal reports and for funding requirements, which keep our clinic free! (We do not share any information you give us).

Q: Does the clinic go to court and represent me in front of a judge?

No. Our lawyers do not represent clients in court. Our lawyers offer advice and guidance for clients to represent themselves.
