January 29, 2016 – The UMKC Wind Symphony had a fantastic time performing at the Missouri Music Educators Association (MMEA) 2016 Workshop/Conference in beautiful Osage Beach Missouri. The Wind Symphony performed a band arrangement of Ottorino Respighi’s Feste Romane for school teachers, band directors, students, and interested musicians from all over Missouri. Below is a great picture of our eight-horn section after enjoying a nice brunch and relaxing before our long day of performing. Sometimes we get along outside of rehearsals too!
