Social entrepreneurship is gaining traction across the globe and in Kansas City. Now in its third year, the Midwest Symposium on Social Entrepreneurship highlights the movement and attempts to give entrepreneurs the tools they need.
This year’s symposium will be held May 18-19 in Kansas City and will feature a variety of workshops and guest speakers from across the country. The Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation and the University of Missouri-Kansas City, in collaboration with the United States Association for Small Business and Entrepreneurship (USASBE), are hosting the symposium.
