Enroll Now for Weight Watchers at Work

More participants are needed in order to continue our at-work meetings. Stop by anytime without obligation to find out more about the program and meet the instructors who have lost weight themselves through Weight Watchers.

Discounts are available to employees toward the Monthly Pass. Enrolling through the UMKC portal gives you access to any meetings on campus and in the community. Friends and family are welcome.

Simple Step Challenge for Weight Watchers Members Using Fitbits

A new community activity group has been created on Fitbit.com called “UMKC Weight Watchers.” All online and monthly pass members are welcome, no matter where you attend meetings.

Log into your Fitbit.com account, click on “Community” at the top, then “Activity Groups” to search for the group name. Prizes will be awarded during the week of Jan. 2 to:

  • Four members with the highest step total during the month of December
  • Everyone who averages 10,000 steps per day during the month (31 days x 10,000 = 310,000 steps or more)
