KC, St. Louis events feature criminology experts

Police chiefs, mayors and prosecutors from Kansas City and St. Louis will join with law enforcement experts this month for a four-day Urban Crime Summit.

Attorney General Christ Koster said in a news release Monday announcing the summit that violent crime is affecting Missouri families, schools and the state’s economic development. The Attorney General’s Urban Crime Summit will be held September 16 and 17 in Kansas City at the University of Missouri-Kansas City, and September 18 and 19 in St. Louis at Saint Louis University School of Law.
