Every week, the University of Missouri-Kansas City offers an array of on-campus activities. It’s nothing new. UMKC has a long legacy of hosting countless culturally enriching events. These activities are part of what has made UMKC an arts and culture powerhouse. The influence of UMKC-based and UMKC-trained artists extends well beyond the campus’ edge, so their activities are listed here as well.

What: The UMKC Department of Art and Art History is hosting POP! Trading Post. Everyone with a skill, service or good to trade is invited to participate. Participants will join a group of featured traders for an evening of festive conversation and fellowship.All transactions for barter/trade only, no currency allowed. Those who can’t make it to the trading post may be interested in the week-long installation entitled “Locality as Reliquary.”
