‘Big 5’ could really help KC region’s quality of life

The Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce’s “Big 5” goals for the community, including a Downtown Campus for the Arts for the University of Missouri-Kansas City, hold promise for creating jobs and increasing the region’s quality of life. Chamber officials and champions of the Big 5 deserve much credit for the work done so far.
