The end is nigh! The end of the Semester that is. As I am sure most of you are busy studying for finals, this post will be short and sweet.
FINALS EXAMS! First, we know the next few weeks of finals will be hectic and stressful for everyone, so please feel free to pop by CSO, grab a snack, vent to Brad about how stupid the Rule Against Perpetuities is (“I mean ‘a life in being’…what does that even MEAN and springing interests…springing…why is this system so ridiculous and archaic – this is the problem they had on Downton Abbey!?! ARRRRRGH?!”) See, I am ready. Our office is ready and willing to lend you an ear, provide you some treats, and send you on your way to conquer finals.
Secondly, I want to use this opportunity to personally invite you to come talk to CSO this summer. We are working diligently throughout the summer and will be starving for human attention. Summer is an excellent time to catch up with us, let us know how your jobs and internships are progressing, and ask questions. We can even grab coffee instead of meeting in the office! We can even go crazy and you can bring a law school friend or two along and we can discuss whatever you want. I hesitate to tell you this as I do not want to scare you off, BUT this would be great networking/informational interview practice (except you don’t have to dress up)! Just send Brad an e-mail and set something up!
