The Professional and Career Development Center (The Career Center) at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law is dedicated to assisting students and alumni with their professional development and career search strategies. It is our mission to guide individuals through the process of moving from legal scholar to practicing professional. Our staff has many years of first-hand experience with legal practice, business development, counseling, and professional development.
We facilitate employer, law student, and law alumni engagements through job postings, on-campus recruiting, and events. We maintain a job and opportunities board for both law students and law alumni. These opportunities are available to authorized users electronically through the Symplicity Career Services Management System.
