Online Resources Abound!

There are MANY websites and blogs that address professional development and career advice. Some of those sites are, naturally, better than others.   Our office has compiled a list of our favorite online and free resources that we recommend to students.  The resource, called “Professional Development Blogs to Follow,” is attached here and is always available on Symplicity.

The range of topics covered is broad from Networking (Coffee Lunch Coffee) to job search advice (Careerealism) to general wellness information (PROLIFICliving).

To give you a sample of the posts that I have found particularly helpful in the job search realm, here are a few samples from Careerealism, the online career magazine which believes “every job is temporary” and aims to help solve career and job search problems.
