On Thursday, June 22nd, 2017 at 12:00PM employees will be able to attend Higher Education’s Next Big Challenge: Developing Millennials as Baby Boomers Exit.

Within the next 10 years, millennials will become the largest generation in the workforce. At the same time, 78 million baby boomers will be retiring en masse. At 26% of the workforce, educational services is the industry with the largest percentage of workers over the age of 55. These oppositional forces are resulting in a huge challenge for higher education human resources departments. In this webinar, attendees will learn strategies to support these major workforce transitions and also gain insight from reviewing how other institutions have mitigated these challenges. Presented by Raymond Lee, founder of Careerminds in 2008 with over 18 years’ human resource leadership, career consulting, and career transition experience and Ken Pinnock, Director of People Development for the University of Denver.
