February Lunch and Learn – Heart Healthy
This Lunch and Learn will educate you on basic functions of the heart, risk factors for developing heart disease, and the warning signs of a heart attack. We will also highlight the key components to leading a healthier lifestyle and how your health numbers can impact your overall well-being.

Blood Pressure Screening Campaign
Throughout 2023, Caroline and I will be traveling around offering blood pressure screenings and healthy heart education. If your department or team would like to have us do screenings for your team please reach out to Secily Adams, secily_adams@uhc.com.

Mammogram Events
We will be bringing back the Mammogram Van to campus this year. If you are interested in scheduling a mammogram van appointment please reach out to Secily Adams, secily_adams@uhc.com. Reminder that mammograms are suggested for women 40 and over, once per year.
