UMKC Counseling Services’ 3-part Mind Over Mood (MOM) workshop is now available online. This workshop is one of our post popular services and is designed to help you feel better fast by introducing skills and tips to help you quickly learn to manage unwanted or unpleasant emotions. In our office, this workshop is provided over 3 consecutive weekly sessions, meeting for 1 hour each week. This online version allows you to follow along with the video instruction and downloadable workbook at your own pace. Please also see the ADA compliant transcripts for each video.
