2016 Climate Survey
In the Fall 2016, UMKC conducted a climate survey that included faculty, staff, and students. The idea originated from interested students, faculty and staff who believed data from such a survey might be useful in planning for the future and improving the UMKC climate.
On September 2017, our community heard the survey findings. Overall, the results indicated that a majority of respondents agree that UMKC has a positive climate for living, working and learning. As we expected, the survey also revealed opportunities for improvement.
