Survey Incentives
As a thank you to all the members of the University of Missouri-Kansas City community for participating in the survey, participants have the opportunity to win incentives.
Submitting contact information for a survey incentive is optional. No survey data will be connected to personal contact information for winning incentives.
Each respondent should only submit one entry; duplicate entries will be discarded. Throughout the duration of the survey, random drawings will be held for the following incentives:
Staff Incentives
- Staff development funding valued at $250 (x 10, up to $2,500), thanks to support through the UMKC SPEER Fund
- One month of free parking, courtesy of UMKC Parking Operations, valued at $63

After completing the survey, participants can visit a separate website to enter the incentive drawing. Their contact information will be collected in a separate form, ensuring confidentiality between survey responses and the drawing process.
