Under the direction of Robert Olson, this stellar group of Conservatory students will perform its Finale Concert at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 28. Included in the performance will be Chen Yi’s Chinese Myths, a cantata for orchestra with four Chinese traditional instrumentalists and mixed choir. The performance also includes Stravinsky’s Le Sacre du printemps (The Rite of Spring).
Tickets can be purchased through CTO and are $20 for general public and $10 for UMKC faculty, staff and all students with ID.
