[The following was provided by the Staff Council’s Service Project Committee.]

Staff Council’s Service Project Committee will be selling UMKC Roos tumblers at the Staff Picnic on Wednesday, May 25, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. for $5 each. One hundred percent of the proceeds will go to benefit Water.org, a locally-based non-profit organization that assists people in developing countries find solutions to the world’s number one health problem: unsafe and inadequate water supplies.

Help the Service Project Committee with its goal of raising $500 to donate to this wonderful cause to promote wellness while also investing in a reusable tumbler in order to reduce waste. The 16 oz. tumblers are made of BPA-free acrylic, are double walled for insulation, and have a screw-on top.
