UMKC Bloch School’s Department of Public Affairs and the Midwest Center for Nonprofit Leadership are hosting international post-doctoral fellow Chung-An Chen, PhD. Chen is a native of Taiwan and is with the Bloch School for the spring semester on a post-doctoral fellowship funded by the National Science Council of Taiwan.
Chen’s primary areas of expertise include public administration, public and nonprofit management, human resource management, public personnel management, organization theory and organization behavior. He earned his Ph.D. in public administration and policy from the University of Georgia, his master’s in public administration from Tunghai University, Taiwan and his bachelor’s in public administration, from Chengchi University, Taiwan.
