Jonathan received his Bachelors degree in Communication Studies and Religious Studies from the University of Kansas and his Masters of Education degree in Educational Leadership & Policy Analysis with an emphasis in Student Affairs from the University of Missouri. Jonathan is a Doctoral Candidate studying Educational Leadership & Policy Analysis at Mizzou, where his research interests focus on LGBTQ leadership, campus climate, and the LGBTQ college student experience.
Originally from southeast Kansas, Jonathan loves calling Kansas City home and working with the UMKC community! Jonathan has been involved with LGBTQIA education and activism for over 10 years and has been serving UMKC since 2012.

Dylan is entering his first year as a Graduate Student in the Higher Education Administration program at UMKC. He is also an alumnus of UMKC for his undergraduate studies, for which he received a Bachelor of Arts in Secondary Education in English. He currently assists the Office of Student Involvement in the planning and programming of LGBTQIA Programs & Services and the Union Programming Board.
Originally from Lebanon, MO, Dylan has a passion for interior design/decorating, landscaping, education, and social justice issues, as well as the fine arts, as he can be seen contributing his vocals at many local karaoke venues. Dylan looks forward to serving UMKC and the Kansas City community for many years to come.
