Responsible for monitoring compliance to the campus-wide minimum graduate academic regulations; providing leadership and coordination of all graduate programs, and serves as the academic home for students admitted to the PH.D. program in Interdisciplinary Studies.

For Years 1 and 2, the office provides management of administrative and academic functions, including advising and scheduling and registration guidance for students.
WELCOME CENTER

Visitors kick off campus tours at the Welcome Center. Visitors can also schedule group tours, pick up campus maps, find parking information and get answers to questions about the campus.
WRITING STUDIO

Tutors help with a wide array of writing—from English to economics, music to science, to engineering and business. Services are available to undergraduate to graduate students.

The PAL Program connects incoming students with a dedicated Peer Academic Leader (PAL) as they begin their studies at UMKC. We strive to empower each Scholar towards personal and academic prosperity by connecting Scholars to resources and aiding them in identifying partners in their educational journey.
