What would you do with an extra $5,000?
Those who negotiate their salary, rather than accepting the first offer, increase their starting pay by an average of $5,000. In this session, we’ll share resources and tips for salary negotiation. We’ll share resources for determining your salary requirements, discuss the how and when for negotiating, and provide language to use during negotiations.
Attendees will learn:
-Who should negotiate
-How to respond to salary expectations on forms and during interviews pre-offer
-Resources for researching salary and benefits prior to negotiation
-Language for negotiation conversations
