Challenges and Solutions for Retail Industry
The U.S. Department of Labor, Women’s Bureau is hosting a National Dialogue on Workplace Flexibility focusing on the Retail Industry. This ½-day forum will address topics such as the business case for workplace flexibility, workplace culture, trends, policies, and innovative approaches, and employer and employee perspectives. Retail businesses, associations, policy makers, work/life professionals, advocacy groups, business leaders, academia, human resource professionals, managers, employers and workers in retail are invited to attend and participate.
