After so many long, anticipating months, it is finally here!  The dedication of the new Robot Addition at the Miller Nichols Library will take place during Homecoming week!  This special event will take you “behind the scenes” to see the new robotic storage and retrieval system in action at Miller Nichols Library.  A product of HK Systems, our Robot is the 17th library installation on the continent and the very first “hybrid” system, combining both storage bins and archival shelving units.

The dedication will take place on Wednesday, September 29th starting at 3pm on the West plaza of the addition.  You are invited to attend the dedication and an open house and tour scheduled from 4-6p that afternoon.
