Recipe: Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 can (approx. 12 ounces) artichoke hearts, or 1-1 ½ cups cooked artichoke hearts
  • 2-3 cups fresh spinach (chopped), or a 10-ounce frozen package that’s been thawed
  • ½ cup shredded Italian cheese blend (more if desired)
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ tsp. garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix the above ingredients together well in a medium-sized bowl. Spray a baking dish (approximately 8 inches square) with nonstick cooking spray and spread the mixture in the bottom of the dish. Bake 25-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown. Let cool and enjoy!
