Isaacson makes first hole-in-one of her UMKC career

The women’s golf team finished 12th at the UALR Golf Classic in Little Rock, Ark. on Mar. 26-27. The combined team total was 914, with three round scores of 301, 309 and 304, ranking the lowest 54-hole tournament score in UMKC history.

While junior Taylor Fisher totaled 223 (72-76-75), finishing12th, sophomore Emily Isaacson shot a hole-in-one on the 132-yard,par-three No. 16.. The ace was the first of Isaacson’s career and she tied for 74th with senior Madison Maddox.

Freshman Susan Kirschenman scored 225 (71-75-79), tying for 22nd, while Rachel Mulkey’s three round 233 (81-77-75) earned a 57th place.

The University of Texas, El Paso (UTEP) won with 897 (304-300-293), while Oral Roberts tied for 5th, with its three-round 900 (295-301-304).

Women’s golf will travel to the Indiana Invitational at the Indiana University Golf Course in Bloomington, Ind. on Apr. 14-15.
