In 2025, the Missouri College and Career Attainment Network (MOCAN) received a grant from the Gates Foundation to develop a Postsecondary Outcomes Dashboard for college and career access professionals. The overarching goal of this project is to establish a scalable and replicable dashboard framework that district leaders, school-based staff, and nonprofit partners can use to inform strategic, student-centered interventions intended to support greater college entry. The project leverages National Student Clearinghouse (NSC), state, and district data. Partners for this project include Kansas City Public Schools (KCPS), Kansas City College & Career Attainment Network (KCCAN), Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) and the Missouri Department of Higher Education and Workforce Development (DHEWD). In collaboration with these partners, UERC will be responsible for designing and building the Postsecondary Outcomes Dashboard. Key UERC activities include: 

• Dashboard planning and design 

• Data integration and development 

• Pilot testing  

• Developing training materials 

• Final report
