The Higher Education Study examines the integration and impact of the Agilities Framework and the Agile Work Profiler (AWP) assessment within higher education settings, particularly how these resources are implemented and influence career confidence, exploration, literacy, and student persistence. Developed through data analysis and tested through research, The DeBruce Foundation created the Agilities Framework and related AWP resources to help expand career pathways.
Through a mixed-methods approach, the research team is gathering data from higher education professionals and students across three higher education institutions to assess AWP usage, academic outcomes, and perceived alignment with anticipated career paths. This project explores how AWP results may evolve over time and their effect on degree attainment and career development.
