PrincipalsConnect (PC) is a Kansas City-based organization dedicated to supporting principals in 14 Kansas City Public Schools. With a mission to strengthen leadership and boost teacher retention, PC partners with former educators and community volunteers to provide mentorship and meaningful resources.

PC’s impact is measured through an annual evaluation, which includes a teacher survey (distributed through principals) and a principal focus group (held during a regularly scheduled KCPS meeting). UERC shares findings with PC partners and stakeholders and KCPS leaders.
